Hourly and salary are tough for me, I like commissions, my own business, greater risk and greater rewards, I like playing it safe and trusting myself.

And I am the opposite, the reward I am getting is more than enough and there is just about no risk at all. When I leave work, I leave work. I do not have to think about it or any of the associated issues that come with either running your own business or being in charge of a group of people. I did enough of that in the Marines, I chose my current profession and job to avoid leadership and worries.

When I am driving away from work my biggest worry is if I can sneak in 9 holes before I need to start dinner! At this stage of my life I would not trade this for anything. I turned down higher paying jobs as I knew the demands on my time would be greater.
