Black Pentecostals & Hispanic Southern Baptists are ok thoughSo is white evangelical christianty.
We know that so how does the original post factor into Sharia law? That Islam is incompatible with liberal Western Lifestyles …
What is it about Christianity that the TDS left hates more than Sharia law? Is it about the Catholic anti-abortion stance or just a general hatred for Christian morality? So is white evangelical christianty.
Seeing this message only made me think of those who are underage that get taken advantage of. They are living proof that it isn't always about the appearance. If a woman dresses in a provocative way she deserves what she gets? That's a very dangerous line of thought.
Yes. And it happens very frequently. Not to come off like a Law and Order SVU episode, but can't even a prostitute be raped?
Responses are so I was hoping that all over the place, I want to just give it up, trying to make even the smallest point of thought.
The "You can't rape the willing" sentiment can be applied to situations that don't have anything to do with forced sex.
I remember a job I had, where I had to do preventative maintenance in some pretty damn harsh environments, and there was just nothing about that job that I liked. .
But it was a "free will" employment that was basically take it or leave it. I was working myself up to the point of quitting, for sure. . . LOL but I would sometimes mutter to myself while doing the PM, "You can't rape the willing."
It somehow made me more aware that I didn't have to take the job and I didn't have to stay in it.
Some women (especially if they are still young and not very experienced with life) can also be coerced into having sex with threats. There has also been allegations of use of drugs to make more willing. That can also be rape.
^^ Also rapeSome women (especially if they are still young and not very experienced with life) can also be coerced into having sex with threats.
If a woman says NO it is rape, period."You can't rape the willing" seems to be a recurring theme in some of the comments that I've been reading lately. Especially, when someone is talking about the victims of Jeffrey Epstein and Maxwell.
"They were prostitutes," "they were well paid," etc.

My family is (was) very large. My father was the oldest of twelve. I was raised with my aunts and uncles after losing my mom at a very young age.
So, we had quite a span of ages of aunts and uncles about the house on any given day. Some of us were in elementary, some in middle and some in high school (and starting to date) - all under one roof.
I think I was around 10 years old, and one of my older aunts was about to go out to a game, date, or something. My Grandfather didn't like what my aunt was wearing, and I remember him being very stern and telling her how he felt about it. I was too young to remember everything he said but I do remember him saying, "you can't rape the willing" and then explaining it.
The gist of it was, if you go out dressed like that, have some guy attack you. Don't come home crying that they took advantage of you.
He also used to say, "Why should they buy the cow, if they can get the milk for free?"
It took me a long time and having a daughter of my own to know for sure where my grandfather's heart was in what he was saying. However, I think he would also agree with me, that even a hardened professional prostitute can be a victim.
It may be true that "you can't rape the willing" but the key word in that is "willing." It's not in the choice of work or the choice in how one decides to dress.
It would be great to see if anyone agrees with me on this.
You seem to think we are in disagreement, somewhere. If a woman says NO it is rape, period.
The thing is, it is hard to prove because usually it's just him and her at the scene of the crime or alleged crime..
That's in theory correct but in real life, I find that things aren't that straightforward, because a reasonably modest woman is going to be saying "no" (but she is not really saying no, if you know your way around women). If I were with a guy, it could be someone that I am wildly attracted to, but if he is being too sexually aggressive, I am gonna protest a little, even though I might secretly enjoy it. I think it's the way most women are. Very few women are gonna be like, "yes yes yes!! Give it to me daddy!!", lol.If a woman says NO it is rape, period.
You can't rape the willing, but you can have a lot of fun with the willing, if they are of legal age. If they aren't, it's rape.

No, I was agreeing w/ you. I was writing for those who do not agree, and it seems there are plenty out there. I know a woman who had many children, boys and girls and she once said that if a woman went to bed w/ a man, even if she didn't want sex, if he forced the issue, she couldn't call it rape! You seem to think we are in disagreement, somewhere.
