Swalwell is the scum of the earth... but... until "presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law", these are just unproven accusations. May I say once again... it is a shame our country has accepted ant lady's claim in the "court of public opinion" as a conviction. The "court of public opinion" is a lot easier for folks instead of waiting for all the messy actual court hearings and the lawyers and evidence and discovery and accusations, etc. It is not that I don't think she is telling the truth, but people make lotsa money making up grandiose stories all the time... Stormy Daniels is a prime example we have witnessed.

Nope, these remain unadjudicated allegations from anonymous filings that were withdrawn before any substantive legal process. They have not resulted in any charges, convictions, or proven facts against Trump (or anyone else).

It is funny when you start digging behind the scenes of who were the promoters doing it for money. In 1998, he was fired after an ABC 20/20 exposé revealed he coached guests, provided scripts, and staged dramatic confrontations for the show. (2025), Lubow publicly claimed he and a colleague acted as a kind of "pimp" for Jerry Springer — booking attractive female guests (strippers, adult film actresses, etc.) who would sometimes engage in sexual activities with Springer backstage.

The woman featured in the 2016 video is "Katie Johnson" (a pseudonym), the plaintiff in a retracted civil lawsuit claiming that Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein raped her in 1994 when she was just 13.
