The culture of endless obligatory meetings and activities (been there, done that).

I see the meetings as “service of others.” When those tornadoes hit Oklahoma years ago, many churches were ready to help but were having difficulties organizing. They called our Church to get them organized. A meeting was called and the helpers were organized to get the maximum help done. The only meeting that is different is Sacrament meeting. The most important is renewing our covenants we made at baptism and temple. It’s amazing what 6 days can do to our testimony and pull us down. Repenting and renewing each week is service and keeping us strong in our testimony of Jesus Christ.

They didn't know the true God. They didn't have the bible until white men came. The white men didn't understand alot of it either, they were in darkness-like this-2Cor 11:12-15-2Cor 4:4

And, you don't have the corrected translated Bible either. When Cortez landed, he was shocked to find out that the natives knew about the great white God and actually thought Cortez was that God. Only to find out that that group of people killed those natives who would not convert to Catholicism and destroyed as much of their culture as they could. The destruction was partly due to the fact the natives knew more about the Lord than thought.

Revelation 7:9 says: “After this I had a vision of a great multitude, which no one could count, from every nation, race, people, and tongue. They stood before the throne and before the Lamb, wearing white robes and holding palm branches in their hands.” So, there you go. The 144,000 is only figurative. I mean, what if the 144,001 person was just as equal to the 144,000 person in every way and got left on earth in the Terrestrial world? If you are worthy in every way, you won't be left behind. For God is a just God.

Yes standing before the throne( Gods kingdom rule) on earth. No matter where one is standing at that point it will be before the throne= the only remaining authority( Dan 2:44-Ruling all of creation. The apostles were the first of these( Matt 24:45) The JW teachers are those now.

What a pathetic religion to give no hope to so many good people. The truth is the grace of God is that everyone will be resurrected for coming to this earth keeping their first estate. You have been misinformed. JW,s believe 144,000 are bought( Rev 14:3) from the earth to heaven. = the little flock( Luke 12:32)--The great crowd( Rev 7:9) who cannot be numbered, of other sheep( John 10:16) who are not of that fold. Will be brought through the tribulation and Armageddon on earth( Matt 5:5-Psalm 37:29--Prov 2:21-22-Matt 24:22) Then after Armageddon during the 1000 year reign of Christ and his bride, a resurrection occurs to the earth.
