Zone1 Worry about God's judgement of you

But do we disagree? Do you agree with the definition of subversive?
Only if you don't believe what you are doing is subversive. But we can hash that in the bull ring, no?

I might have to go with Ding to the Bull room for a while but I'm not going to allow him to waste my time on his slagging.
Discovering truth is never a waste of my time.

What I caught you up with is the personal information I've shared on the board several times already. Those who listen or remember have caught that I've found life perplexing and have gone through some difficult times (as most have, so I'm not unique in that regard). Basically, scripture has guided me through some tough times, and there have been a few miracles along the way. We are here to know God, love, God, serve God. You might describe that as fulfilling some 'need'; I call it the joy and blessings in knowing, loving, and serving God.
I'm not sure of what 'caught you up' means? The information you shared with me was the first time I had heard it. I have no idea how difficult those times were for you. I think you can use this space to discuss it further if you like. In private or in public if you trust me. I wouldn't advise trusting others here.

Discovering truth is never a waste of my time.
But it seems that every time we get close to the truth, it's exchanged for some opposite truths. I accepted your demands on the big fish and Jonah being not a true story and then you went back to upholding it as possibly true.

And then I've accepted your challenge for your 'bullring' and you're backing away from that!

Something like: Donald is being subversive and trying to subordinate religions.

I think your biggest concern is in trying to find somebody who will buy into your anger. I don't and won't because it's your issue to sort out for yourself.

You're allergic to the truth.

You're allergic to the truth.

I don't disagree with that article in principle. The 4 steps mentioned are common to America's and China's tactics, as well as Russia's. We could debate in the bullring your suggestion that it's only Russia.

Would you agree that America's proxy war against Russia would be a major issue in the debate?

In any case, we may have found something on which to disagree!

I don't suggest it is only Russia though.

I'm not asking why. I am asking who? So you believe pretty much everyone is going to burn in hell except your people? It's ok, you can say it.
There is no literal eternal suffering. Only a sadist could create such a place. The true God=LOVE, merciful, justice. Justice alone prevents a literal eternal suffering. Did you ever read John 3:16-- God loved the world that he gave his only begotten son so that all exercising faith in him may not be destroyed.)))
Did you ever listen to Jesus--Many have entered the broad and spacious path that leads to destruction= not eternal life of suffering.

I've faith in things celestial , fact is i truly believe that which is incarnate is the illusion , the afterlife (as it's called) the reality

Ergo, nothing earthy is 'truth' , nor can it ever be

I'm trying to understand your cult's distinction between the 1% and the 99% and if the 1% is only from your cult?

Then why did he not allow us up there without sacrificing his own son? If he loved us, he would accept us as we are.

Maybe it was to show that life isn't fair. That life forces everyone to make sacrifices. You ever make any sacrifices?

I'm sure all the illiterate goat herders dying at 28 of small cuts and of bad teeth and burying 2/3 of their babies REALLY needed to hear that lesson!

Come on.

Everyone needs to hear that life isn't fair and that sacrifices should be expected because it is true. God is truth among other extant attributes of reality.

He does love us as we are, which is why he sacrificed his very self for us. He loves us so much he calls and draws us to all we can be and does not leave us in our brokenness. Compare that to humans and the many who do not give a second thought about walking away from what is broken. Or inconvenient.

He hates all sin. Only the little flock( Luke 12:32)= 144,000 bought from the earth( Rev 14:3) = the anointed bride of Christ. These will rule as kings and priests on thrones beside Jesus( Rev 1:6, Rev 20:4-6)--Only these partake of the 2 emblems of the Lords evening meal=Luke 22:29-30= a covenant made to those who will sit on thrones. Its a major sin for any others to partake-1Cor 11:27-28
The great crowd no man can number( Rev 7:9) are the other sheep( John 10:16) who are not of that fold. They aren't promised heaven anywhere.
God is a God of perfect justice( an eye for an eye)-- A sinless mortal rebelled and sinned losing a good standing for mortals--A perfect mortal lived a sinless existence yet paid in full the wages of sin he did not owe= the ransom sacrifice.= perfect justice.

Gods view of a cult for those who actually know him= A house divided(hundreds of trinity religions) will not stand. They cant even understand simple bible milk in their darkness=1Cor 1:10( a true mark) Unity of thought( all of Gods 1 truth) no division.
Only the blind follow them.
Yes Jesus compared these last days to Noah's day( Luke 17:26)--99.9% mislead in Noah's day. 99% minimum today.

So no one from you cult is in the 99%? You are all in the 1%? Don't be afraid to say it out loud. Lean into it.

Why couldn't the same effect be accomplished without the sacrifice? Not all religions needed a sacrifice.

It's a question that's often asked but I've never heard the answer.

Sacrifice in Mormonism

Joseph Smith taught that “a religion that does not require the sacrifice of all things never has the power sufficient to produce the faith necessary unto life and salvation.”

Does that work for Catholics?

Worry about God's judgement of you and not God's judgement of others. We all have work to do on ourselves.
Too many focus on others so they don't have to focus on themselves.

The reason the disciples and Jesus Himself went to such lengths was out of concern for the eternal lives of others. They didn't preach the gospel for their own edification.
