If Roe vs. Wade is overturned young victims like this will have no recourse...Amish Brothers Won’t Do Prison Time After Impregnating Their 13-Year-Old Sister
Sounds like Ben Berkstresser the prosecutor may have been getting some of the action off the little 13 year old girl, maybe while her brothers, Aaron and Petie Swartz and their younger brothers held her. No need for jail though, right? When asked whether he’d do it again, Aaron told investigators, “Not to a little one like that,”, so it's all good, right? Guess he would advise his younger (not named) juvenile brothers who had also been raping their sister to wait until she's 15 or 16 to rape her.

What does the two guys not going to prison, despite confessing to having sex with their 13 year old sister, have to do with Roe vs. Wade?
Really?..What if she wanted to terminate the preganacy resulting from having been raped by her brothers..sorry honey but that would be illegal now due to the SCOTUS ruling against women having legal abortions. Just enjoy being a 13 year old mother.

Again, what does ROE VS. WADE have to do with the sentencing of the brothers who confessed to having sex with their 13 year old sister?

They have already admitted to having sex with her. If you rape a 13 year old girl, you should go to prison. Whether or not she gets pregnant, let alone gives birth, is completely irrelevant to your guilt or innocence. Whether or not she should be allowed to abort the baby is a totally unrelated argument. You're trying to tie them together so you can jump back and forth between them. When challenged on the abortion, you shift focus onto the brothers not being sent to prison.

If you believe abortion is wrong, the only justification is that you feel the fetus is a human life. If you do believe that the fetus is a human life, the father being a rapist is completely irrelevant. We do not terminate the existence of children conceived from rape or incest. Roe vs. Wade will always come down to at what stage life begins, and bringing rape or incest into it is simply an attempt to muddy up the waters.

If Roe v. Wade were overturned, could Congress pass a law to ban abortion in the whole country? Would that be constitutional? Or would the authority to limit abortion move back to the individual states?
— Denise A. Ankudowich, Tampa

If Roe were overturned, the power to legalize abortion would essentially return to individual states. Some states have “trigger bans” in place that would automatically restrict abortion if Roe were overturned. Congress could pass a law to ban, or legalize, abortion nationwide, and many people say that would be a better long-term solution than letting the courts decide policy. But it is unlikely that a divided Congress will take action on the issue anytime soon.

The father needs to stop locking his girls up on the farm and going for his shotgun every time they make friends outside the immediate family. The brothers have to be allowed to make friends outside the immediate family, too, without themselves being arrested or shot and killed. The parents shouldn't be locking a boy and girl up in the same room and throwing away the key like that. The Jews in control of City Hall aren't helping the Amish out that much either, and in any case, you can't expect to work up sympathy for a "young victim" by murdering her innocent child.

Birth defects due to incest or consanguinity are extremely rare. It takes generations upon generations of inbreeding for such deformities to manifest themselves; but at the same time the dirty doctors yield their condemned souls to an all-too-convenient explanation for acts of MAYHEM committed on infants yet unborn.

I'm pro choice, but when you guys have to resort to the most extreme examples to make your point it doesn't give you a whole lot of credibility. Let me guess. Is the sister also a paraplegic and suffering from Stage 4 Cancer as well?

Second, what makes you think the Amish would engage in abortion? Do you actually know anything about these people?

Why would congress pass any law after the court sent it back to the states.

A good conservative court would tell congress to fuck off....that's not in their purview or scope.

So much for the Founder's idea of three branches of government acting as check and balances if the SCOTUS can do that.

Pro-choice was the party of King Herod who ordered the massacre of the innocents and the beheading of John the Baptist.
Let me guess. Is the sister also a paraplegic and suffering from Stage 4 Cancer as well?
That's what they do, isn't it? They commit various acts of MAYHEM on the unborn by various means in order to justify late-term MURDER as an act of mercy to the unborn victim.
Second, what makes you think the Amish would engage in abortion? Do you actually know anything about these people?
She's under 18, there's an unbelieving doctor who orders the abortion on false grounds that it is necessary to kill the infant in order to save the mother's life.

Ever hear of putting the child up for adoption? Roe V Wade needs to be overturned if for no other reason than to protect the rights of the men who had consensual sex with a woman that gets pregnant and wants to get an abortion without his consent. NO WOMAN has the right to deny a man his child simply because she doesn't want one, when she knew that pregnancy was a possible result of having sex. It takes two to tango sister.
