Women aren't the only ones pissed over unequil pay.

When looks at the pay gap between men and women in the same job for the same period, one will see that the men put in more hours than the women, as the women take more time to be handling family issues.

I think that might mostly be single mothers of young children.

I do agree with that, as some women are definitely career driven and don't have kids to interfere with their career goals. In those cases, there should be equal pay for equal work and time put in and for the same length of time in their particular occupation.
