What he said, and what he meant by it is not that bad of an opinion -- they were discussing the homeless man who murdered the young girl on the train while people sat there and did nothing.
He was referring to "give them a lethal injection" - execute them.
And they guy should be executed.

You are the ones who made it about all homeless. Not us.

Both statements were wrong morally. Both statements should have been protected

Kilmeade did not repeat a lie about the homeless person being on the far right, which Kimmel knew to be a lie even as he repeated it.
No Fox affiliates said they would stop airing Fox N Friends.
Kilmeade's show has good ratings.
