FOX News Political Commentator "Death to the Homeless" vs Late Night Comedians Jimmy Kimmel and Stephen Colbert

Kilmeade did not lie. Kimmel lied. Colbert had low ratings.
Kilmeade was inciting violence. It was a horrific thing to say.

A man and a nation should both be judged by the way they treat the most vulnerable in society.

There was no violence. So, there cannot be incitement to violence.

Kirk
Did Charlie Kirk call for Joe Biden to be executed?

Yes, Charlie Kirk called for Joe Biden to receive the death penalty in July 2023, describing it as punishment for "crimes against America." During an episode of The Charlie Kirk Show, he stated: "I know what you're thinking, we've got to get Joe Biden out of the way so we can run against Kammy. Oh my goodness, is she beatable. ... [Biden] should be put in prison and/or given the death penalty for crimes against America." This remark was in the context of criticizing Biden's border policies as treasonous. The statement was widely reported and criticized at the time by media outlets and commentators, who viewed it as inflammatory rhetoric. Kirk has a history of advocating strongly for capital punishment in various contexts, including public and televised executions, but this specific instance directly targeted Biden. No evidence suggests he retracted the comment.
The death penalty is a available for the crime of treason

Kilmeade Calls for Killing the Homeless. Kimmel and Colbert Get Canceled.

The Fox host calls for murder and continues to broadcast. Two comedians tell the truth and lose their shows.

When an important Bigwig on FOX News, a top Political Commentator calls for "Death to the Homeless" and late night comedians get fired or disciplined for what many people are stating are political reasons alone ..

We have Maga -supporting conservative commentators agreeing with people like the FCC CZAR Brendan Carr, in an interview stating that - Kimmel’s remarks are “the sickest conduct possible,” adding that the FCC could move to revoke ABC affiliate licenses as a punishment.

What is wrong with this picture?

I dont see anything about the homeless in that purported quote, nor any evidence that Kilmeade said it.

Wait a minute, if someone tells 100s of thousands of people to kill someone. As long as that person is not killed, there is no incitement charge?

You may be right I'm not a legal expert but this certainly changes my view on that law. I would prefer your standard be used but then it also opens up the door for someone with psychological issues to blame any politician they heard from at any point in time. It's a tough debate.

Regardless, what he said was the most absurd I have heard on live TV. At least he apologized but man, what a poor choice of words and he wasn't in the heat of the moment or anything like in the movie 12 angry men "you don't really mean you want to kill him do you"?

Some few extreme right Americans on this board are hinting that it's time to apply the brakes to the Trump regime.

They didn't listen and refused to accept the warnings of fascism in history.

Now it's too late to stop him.

Good

You're off your rocker

He will be fired. Another one bites the dust.

This is fun, id say.....another 6 months and there won't be anyone left on air!!

To have incitement to violence what is the violence incited? Democrats go around every day saying Trump should be killed. No one is ever prosecuted. Maxine Waters said that all members of the Trump administration in public should be attacked. Nothing. Sarah Huckabee Sanders and her entire family were attacked in public. Nothing.

This is true. Point granted.

Kimmel lied. He flat out, knowingly, lied.

That is not misinformation, or disinformation, it's a plain old ******* lie.

Everyone knows he lied. His bosses certainly do. The FCC sure does.

Kimmel is a lying leftard. Lying is what leftards do. Constantly. All the time.

Imagine a leftard bitching about morality while finding it impossible to distance himself from a political murder

It was certainly the wrong subject to politicize, especially so soon after the assassination.
