Shouldnt public services make accomodation for people who need more help ?

I find it very funny that Tommy, who lives in a country that's around 95% white is trying to lecture anybody from a more diverse country that things are done to only benefit white men. Who are all the minorities in Wales that are positions of power and influence? As someone who isn't white, I don't care for either AA or DEI. It's insulting that white liberals believe that they need the bar lowered so that we have a chance to get on their level. It's a way, to me, to make that they're superior to others and are doing this from their benevolent hearts. That may be a better case of white supremacy than anything that democrats throw at republicans.

So take your lies and keep them to yourself. I've been "DEI" all my efn life. But the DEI you're talking about is racism and discrimination disguised.

Racism can plausibly be described as a result of tribal instinct in large communities. People with other skin colors or any visible ethnic traits were generally not in our tribes for most of humanity's existence. That tribal instinct is limited by the need for interbreeding with other tribes for genetic diversity. People of other tribes are both attractive and unattractive in varying degrees for all people.
