Zone1 Neil deGrasse Tyson EXPOSES MAGA DEI Hypocrisy LIVE on CNN Show

Did you know that the Space Shuttle program cost the US tax payer $25,000 per pound to launch into orbit. After the Obama administration canceled it NASA paid the Russians over $4 billion dollars to catch rides on their rockets.

SpaceX's Falcon 9 heavy is launching for around $2500 per pound and that price will fall even more when the Starship starts lifting cargo and astronauts. That's the broader implications of billionaire influence on government space programs and federal agencies.

Tyson is a smarmy asshole. If you want to listen to a scientist who isn't a condescending shit Michio Kaku is the best.
Hey moron. Elon can do it real cheap at first. Do you know nothing about business? What's he going to do when there is no NASA? He will then have all the power. Suddenly the price is going to go up.

He has competition dumbass the price will continue to fall I know people like yourself hate it but that's how capitalism works. Nothing in history of the world has been made cheaper or better by the kind of Government you lunatics want..

What I want to know is where OP’s long quote came from, as she does that a lot - includes a long, official-looking quote that looks like it came out of an article or book - and then she never provides attribution.

P.S. She has admitted she’s writing a book (on racism, of course).

No comment from you about the actual topic???? Just you calling the OP a racist. I guess the idea of a Neil Degrasse Tyson being a world leading astrophysicist is offensive to you. Imagine a black man being smarter than most white people!!! Never happened!

YOU should write a book on racism. You're so good at being racist, and then whining about how unfairly Jews are treated.

He can't define a woman. He is far more a politician than a scientist any longer. His IQ doesn't matter because he denies reality.

Nonsense. Us liberals created the richest middle class the world has ever seen. Don't you get that? The New Deal. Unions. Labor Laws. Workers rights. Going on strike and supporting those workers. Overtime, sick days, job security, pensions.

But the rich fought back. Jack Welch and Ronald Reagan destroyed the middle class. Jack realized he could make more money loaning you money to buy a fridge than he could making fridges. And Reagan bankrupted our government in order to cut social programs and services that the masses enjoy. All to give the rich more tax breaks. Send those high paying jobs overseas. Reagan started that. And he was the first to turn a blind eye to illegal workers because they wanted those illegals to break the unions.

Now that unions are squashed pretty much, they say they want to bring those jobs back home. What an idiot you are. I mean for decades, you've been a real dope.

You're not a liberal, you stupid ****. You're a STATIST, the polar opposite of the LIBERALS who founded this country.

Liberal meant "liberty FROM government" you ignorant toad.

The Founders would have had you tarred and feathered and run out of town.

I was first introduced to Tyson during the T.V. sitcom "The Big Bang Theory" and was intrigued from the start because African American astrophysicists are not that common, at least I don't recall ever encountering any growing up. And Tyson voicing his opinions on AI and how it can be used to benefit humanity rather than harm resonated with me and made me much more interested in learning what AI is all about especially after he mentioned that they used the books he's written to help train the AI models.

And he is often cited as the most prominent Black astrophysicist in the world, so there's that.

...Neil deGrasse Tyson explains how he almost didn't pursue astrophysics because he didn't see himself represented in the space program during the Apollo era and moon landing missions. The conversation gets even more intense when discussing NASA diversity programs being shut down, Black History Month pages removed from NASA website, and recognition of minority astronauts and women astronauts being deleted entirely. This is progressive political commentary analyzing how rolling back DEI initiatives affects merit based hiring and whether removing diversity equity and inclusion programs actually promotes fairness or just creates different forms of favoritism. Neil deGrasse Tyson makes an incredible point about a four star Air Force general with aerospace engineering degree being replaced by less qualified candidate, exposing the hypocrisy of anti DEI arguments. We discuss space policy, NASA leadership changes, scientific community response to political interference, and why representation matters in science technology engineering and mathematics fields. This video examines Elon Musk behavior on social media, his attacks on NASA astronauts and scientists, and the broader implications of billionaire influence on government space programs and federal agencies. If you care about science education, space exploration funding, diversity in STEM careers, progressive values, social justice in scientific institutions, and holding powerful people accountable, this reaction video breaks down everything you need to know about the current state of NASA and the American space program under new political leadership.

poor me the victim. haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahahaha. Always the victim card. Anyone really wants anything, they push through and get it done. No one ever said anything in life was easy. Yet it's what the victims want. No effort and favor.

you can't be taken serious. wow. you must be embarassed.

Labor Unions Kill Jobs

Unions move jobs out of the country because they don't negotiate to keep the jobs here. stupid. BTW, the article said they were only 20% of the work force, so how is 20% greater than 80% of other jobs exactly? Are you suggesting that the 80% weren't middle class? holy fk are you fked in the head.

You're a parrot spewing parrot talking points of nonsense.

YouTube is the source?! What is the source of the YouTube video?

Why don’t you tell me, and based on that, I can decide if the video is worth my time.
the source is CNN and I'm not sure that means jack!! See, democrats are entrusted in CNN more than science.

Do you think Republicans today are the same Republicans who freed the slaves? Ahhh! Did a ******* lightbulb go off in you head? Yea, times change pal. No I'm not a ******* 1700's liberal you douchbag. Are you? So are you saying you are the liberal?

Then I'm a conservative. LOL.

Today liberalism is characterized by open-mindedness, tolerance, and a rejection of dogmatic, authoritarian, or traditionalist hierarchies.
