He coordinated the largest, single mass-murder in U.S. history and he's still among the living. Why do you suppose that is? Is it possible that, in return for his cooperation, he was told that we would not execute him? If not, why didn't we execute that piece of trash long ago?

If they actually tried the guy, they could impose a death sentence

However, any trial we conduct will bring up the torture methods we used and who used them

He will never be tried

Couldn't he be shot trying to escape? ;)

None of them need to be tried.

I'd have lied.

For the same reason Nidal Hasan is still living.
