Why is Africa and the Middle East so poor?

My guess would be low IQs, that are genetic in nature.
Yet many early inventions, mathematical theorems and engineering feats came to Europe from the Middle East. It would certainly appear that the Golden Age of that global region is over. The question would be WHY, rather than trying to find racist reasons for this little snapshot of the here and now.

The exceptions aren't the rule...As I mentioned earlier, the only really useful mathematical thing that came out of Bedouins in the concept of zero...Otherwise, it was the Greeks, Chinese, and Caucasians who were the math wizzes of ancient times.

None of that is racist...If I say that tall black people are better at basketball than average white people, is that racist?...How about if Asians are generally better at math?...Racist, or indicative of higher average IQ?

Those were largely before the Arab conquest. Even what we call "Arabic numerals" was created in India.

I thought Africa mostly agriculture society with very little factories if any? So I’m not sure what commodities they can sale? And even the agriculture society is way backwards and poor compared to modern agriculture.

They seem to have lot of droughts and famines and lack modern farming equipment and having trouble getting things to grow.

Why is Africa and the Middle East so poor?

Why did they not develop industries and factories?

I hear that Colonialism may be big factor had under Colonialism is the direct occupation and control of a region to extract resources and undermine its stability and growth.

Both regions have extremely long histories of this practice fracturing, breaking, and dismantling any mobility and upward growth. And have long history of Colonialism.
Racism Is Really Speciesism

Homo erectus will never reach the stage of homo sapiens. Imperialism was the only way to get the resources developed. The whole world, even the hopelessly backward natives, benefited by handing the territories over to advanced nations.

/----/ Libs always know what's best for everyone else.
Rural households in Africa rely on solid biomass such as fuel wood or coal fuels for basic cooking. They use open fire or charcoal stoves to cook food often indoors; however, these methods are not sustainable or efficient. Wood and charcoal emit harmful gases into the atmosphere, including smoke and greenhouse gases (GHG). These toxins contribute to climate change and respiratory diseases.

The consistent need for wood has led to deforestation, which has contributed to global warming. Many African communities face a fuel-wood shortage since the demand for wood outweighs the supply. Forests are dwindling at rapid rates due to fuel wood being harvested in unsustainable ways. Wood harvesting impacts water flow and contributes to soil erosion. In addition, families spend extensive time and money collecting wood and charcoal which could be spent on more fulfilling tasks such as school or work.
We Only Kill Ebonically

Their typical intertribal bloodbaths will relieve the problem of too many people living off too few resources.

You can’t include Israel in that, but then again, it’s not poor.

The Jews turned arid, undeveloped land into thriving areas - and relatively quickly.

It probably does not help that there is a lot of tribes in Africa

Schools on Skewers

They can sell us their shrunken heads, which can be used as logos for our educational system.

Not sure what education system has to do with this below.

The Middle East is poor? True, 100 years ago before we told them they had oil, showed them how to get it, gave them the technology and offered to pay a lot for the oil, they were poor, mainly tent-dwelling Bedouins picking sand fleas off their camels, but Africa is poor because they are apparently too lazy and stupid to move out of Ethiopia and build industries.

That is a chicken and egg question if factories need a strong middle class to manufacture and sale to than how do you get strong middle class? Why build factories if people are way too poor and cannot buy your product.

If you look at the US and UK when they build factories and industrialize did they have strong middle class before they build factories and industrialize?

Where did that wealth cone from? Why does Africa not have that wealth?

The Cold War Needs to Be Put in Deep Freeze

Which is why we should be friends with China. Our mentally deficient ruling class is jealous of High IQ ethnicities, which is their real reason for both anti-Chinese and Judeophobia.
Well, there is that little thing with communism....DUH!

The entire western hemisphere had zero before European settlers arrived on the scene.

Intelligence, resources, and knowing how to use those resources built modern industrial western societies.

If the average IQ of your population doesn't break into triple digits, you're going to have a society of tribal dirt farmers and goat herders.

Don't care. Not my problem.

Seems like Kenya has made some advances recently. But if they want to get to that level of say Singapore or South Korea, they have to continue to be productive. And most important they need to have leaders and common people who like who utterly reject the insane narrative that the white man or colonialism are to blame for their problems. They need to get any sort of overt corruption out of the government too.
