Ultimately, religion is a matter of choice.
Ideally encourage Muslims to change religions.
Problem is that per Islam Dogmas, leaving the religion of Islam is punishable by death.
More effective would be to kill all Fundamentalist Islamic Jihadists, then find a way to invalidate most of Islamic Dogma/scripture.
Given freedom to change without punishment, and choices, I'd wager many Muslims would jump ship.
