Oddly enough, Gaddafi used his oil to enrich his citizens as they had the highest standard of living in Africa.

Then NATO and Obama killed him.

Yes south east Asia is more rich than the Middle East other than the oil countries.

Yeah, pretty much. You also need a skilled labor force unless you're making garments and the like.

But in case of Africa they have no money and can’t build factories.
