How many individuals broke out of prison and killed people? Is it even 6? We should take action because of those few people?

We don’t need to change laws because of a few people.

Had they not escaped, those six people would not have been murdered.

Scott Peterson was recently moved from death row because the death penalty in his case is being reviewed. Scott Peterson killed his wife, Laci, which also caused the death of his unborn child, Connor. Scott Peterson has not been proven to be any danger to the population at large. He has not been proven to be a danger to any women not married to him. Should he be put to death?
