The woman stated she got off on the wrong floor of the apartment building and went to the exact spot her own apartment would have been at...the door was open, and when she entered she saw a strange man in her apartment.....and she ended up shooting him...

that is what she said happened.....no evidence against that was presented.....it was, at worst, an accident...not murder...cause you still can't tell us what her motive would have been for murdering this guy....they had no past connection or history......
