Why hasn’t DeSantis and or Abbott sent more illegals to Martha’s Vineyard?

And let’s add this part Colonel Angus since the board spinners would like to delude readers into thinking that the illegal migrants are working for free during the request for “volunteers” to help with clean up.

“They want us for hurricane cleanup, we’d get paid $15 an hour, overtime and $15 for food daily, I think,” said Javier Moreno, 37, noting that a woman named Camila “from an organization” approached him with a flier.”

Not a bad deal for someone who gained entrance into the US without vetting and is unemployed. Free transportation to the job site to boot.

That is a GREAT deal…but they are criminal migrants. They need work Visas.

Human trafficking, also known as trafficking in persons, is a crime that involves compelling or coercing a person to provide labor or services...

They were coerced by deception
And they were unpaid actors in a publicity stunt
“Human trafficking, also known as trafficking in persons, is a crime that involves compelling or coercing a person to provide labor or services, or to engage in commercial sex acts. The coercion can be subtle or overt, physical or psychological. Exploitation of a minor for commercial sex is human trafficking, regardless of whether any form of force, fraud, or coercion was used.”

By the way your bolded definition needs a source, yes? The above definition comes directly from US Department of Justice. Good try.

They aren't hired by the state or legitimate business. These are Florida gangs hiring looters to turn over valuable find to the gangs. The promises of compensation are worth the paper they are printed on.

Were they not coerced into getting on the plane so that DeSantis could get free footage he could use for a political ad?

The farmers in Florida need the illegals to pick the crops according to Pelosi.

What crops????

DeSantis treated refugees like pawns in his political game, and suddenly over a million people in Florida have now lost everything, and are homeless, much like the refugees he said he didn't want in his state. And then the asshole Republicans Florida sent to House in Washington, all voted against federal aid for Florida. In the Senate, Rick Scott voted against aid, and coward Marco Rubio failed to show up for the vote.

Nice bunch those Republicans.

I am aware that illegal migrants caught looting by Florida law enforcement outnumbered legal resident looters; a recent press conference with DeSantis brought the percentage difference to light.

That said, from my understanding, there are agencies that are paying illegal migrants money to work the cleanup. I did not imply it was coming from Florida taxpayer money. I quoted one by the New York Post (rated very high for reliability by 3 media bias rating orgs) above in this thread.

Do you have a source for your gang information?

So they aren't illegal invaders. They are actors. Let's see their SAG cards.
These people were like unsuspecting victims of "Candid Camera"

Candid Camera TV Series

Unsuspecting people are placed in confusing, impossible, embarrassing, ridiculous, and hilarious positions, while their reactions are recorded on a hidden camera.

The only difference is DeSantis didn't have to hide the camera, and they didn't have to sign a release to have the footage used in a DeSantis TV ad.

Is that your source that you used for your false definition of human trafficking? Deflection wastes time.

Political capital. Enhanced reputation. Improving his election prospects.
You are a ridiculous clown to histrionically cry literal slavery for a voluntary plane trip where liars who pretend to need asylum get free food and air conditioning on a free flight.

Any time you transport other humans under false pretenses for profit or gain, it's human trafficking.
There might be a case for false pretenses but no one profited or gained from this.

But even if this could be defined as human trafficking, one has to wonder why Democrats are losing their minds over fifty people who agreed to be transported somewhere (and signed a document to that effect) at no cost to them and who were not abused or harmed in any way, but have virtually nothing to say about the actual human trafficking taking place at the border or even anything to say about the case of the nearly fifty immigrants that were left in a truck to die by the highway.

If it could be said that this was a political stunt then it can also be said that Democrats are using it as a hypocritical virtue signaling stunt.

If the first time was such a political hit for Republicans why not keep them flowing in to MV, The Hamptons…etc etc?
Florida's DeathSentence isn't going to step in that ant's nest again.

He's still recoiling from the blowback.

We've seen this type of racist and inhumane stunt from America's CONSERVATIVES before....

Now they're doing it again.
