Why EV dominance a LONG ways away!!

You just keep that stupid ICE, and when you are paying $10 a gallon for gas or diesel, none of us will feel sorry for you.

Me and my "stupid ICE" will never PAY $10 for a gallon of gas! And why would gasoline, necessary to our economy, ever cost that much?! It is actually getting cheaper by the year! The only way it could ever cost that much would be if little faggoty creeps like you somehow took over the world and ENSLAVED humanity FORCING people to pay that much in your little Marxist Climate Psychosis of hoping it will MAKE everyone submit under your LEASH of "green" tyranny.

Gasoline: the 21st Century's new Salem Witch.

But I could care less who you feel sorry for, you pathetic wretch-- -- -- you can all go SUCK. MY. ASS.

Maybe I'll even spit out a little gas for you. :SMILEW~130:

God, you really don't know a damned thing about Tesla's. Why do you think that you never see a Tesla spin it's wheels in a drag race?

Damn, you are really triggered by what other people think and like! You little commies are all so THREATENED if someone else doesn't think, act, talk, work, live and DRIVE just like you! Do you really think you're so fucking smart and so fucking perfect that everything you think and do is better than anyone else, punk? I've FORGOTTEN more about electricity than you'll ever know in your entire life.

How about that blizzard in Virginia where hundreds of strutting saviors of the planet sat 22 hours in their toy 'lectrics freezing their asses off because they had no engine heat to keep them from the cold. Did any of them die? Freeze to death? If not then the storm was too damn short.

California is the ideal place for solar on the roof and a couple of Powerwall's in the garage. Then you are driving your EV for no fuel costs.
I actually agree :disbelief:

But outside of California and Newyorkistan, it will be a train wreck for many years. Many of the enormous challenges will become evident in the coming years. My track record on prediction stuff in this forum dominates...EV's will see continuos growth but the grim reality that the market understands is, people LOVE their conventional cars. For many reasons well documented in here. Toyota knows for sure....the largest manufacturer in the world. Honda and Subaru also have little incentive to go all out EV any time soon. Just those three sells trillions of cars....pronounced loyalty btw. Won't matter to the EV Cheerleaders but matters to the masses and thus, the market.

Historical analogies necessary in this forum to connect the dots for people who leave out important but necessary realities in the big picture....insight many of the green crowd miss or conveniently ignore.

In 1943, Hitler was starting to get his ass kicked on every front in the war. He decided it was a fabulous idea to build many heavy and high powered tanks....to win the war. He had high aspirations for success. ( like the EV cheerleaders )
But Ooooops....the big heavy tanks used tons of oil and gas. Supply lines didn't work...many of the best tanks in the world at the time.... crapped out. Sitting ducks for allied forces. Hitler got a dose of real....sucked for him. High ideals led him to pwning himself. Failed to connect the necessary dots.

The same conundrum for the EV Cheerleaders exists today.
High aspirations....but reality check fail. Progressives routinely pwn themselves by being suckered by msm billboards...it's where they get all their information.

Serious people know the real EV timelines because they find the material information from other serious people.:eusa_dance::eusa_dance:

The climate crusaders pwn'd in this epic thread btw...many scores of links.
All well sourced btw....

More Proof the skeptics are WINNING!!

The decision to convert to EV is being made by the people because it is a good choice to make. Not by a dictator trying to conquer the world. Your attempted comparison to Hitler's tanks is Ludacris.

So the left does want $10 bucks a gallon gas

Check Obama was lying
Communists Are Heirs of Capitalists

The oil companies also want those high prices. They have arranged this Abbott and Costello routine of "Who's on the Left? Right's on the Left. Who's on the Right? Third Base!"

President Reagan convincingly threatened OPEC with military action if they didn't stop price-gouging us. That winning-through-intimidation drove down the price of gasoline to a dollar a gallon, hurting Western oil companies, which had originally created OPEC in order to piggyback off its outrageous mark-ups and pretend to blame the Arabs for all of it.

The spoiled brat who tried to kill Reagan was the son of an owner of an oil company. The bipartisan ruling class won't even let us think that there is a connection there.

And all the residents need to do is to go down to the bottom of the garden, pick the money off the money tree and go buy a Tesla car, several Tesla power walls, and Tesla solar panels.

I take it you don't live in California because you seem to avoid your own advice.

Hey btw....have y'all seen the explosion of FB posts related to that blizzard in the mid-Atlantic states the other day leaving motorists stranded on I95?

The caption with photo of billions of cars stuck for miles, "IMAGINE IF YOU WERE IN AN EV?"

:abgg2q.jpg:

Talk about a PR train wreck!

And when the grid overloaded leading to rolling blackouts
( imminent)....no charging allowed for EV's. That will be awesome!!:iyfyus.jpg: But not if you own a Tesla.

People will transition to EV when they see it's in their best interest to do so. Nobody will force you any more than they forced people to use cars instead of horses.

I imagine taxes will increase exponentially on ICE vehicles to force people to either convert to an EV or walk.
