Why doesn't meat help meat eaters be healthy?

All of which have always existed as long as human beings have. There is no "overpopulation." You were told a story as a child, and now you can't let it go.
There's more to overpopulation than just people numbers. It's the assault on the earth's resources and associated damage.

"Every car needs a road and two parking places."

Human beings I’ve never had the quality of life that we have now.
That why I included a qualifier; "relative". Material comforts are only part of a quality life.

I think some third-world people would disagree. They have overpopulated themselves out of any semblance of a quality life.

Seems simple. Balance..moderation..self-control.

Eat the meat. Occasionally. Bring other proteins into the mix. Eat salads..the roughage helps prevent colon cancer and removes cholesterol. That oatmeal in the morning is a good thing. The right fruits...like blueberries..all help.

Fat is the enemy....limit it. One can eat meat and limit fat, they are not mutually exclusive. Salmon and other proteins high in Omega-3's--use Grapeseed instead of canola or corn oil.

Oh yeah..and for anyone that thinks diet is some sort of political/cultural choice--I highly recommend that you ignore everything i just wrote~

No thanks. I eat meat almost exclusively. I suspect all this promotion of eating a balanced diet is BS.

If one wishes to be a vegan, more power to them. Just leave me the fuck alone.

Great book.

America's relatively unhealthy population is largely due to obesity. Now make the connection to eating too much meat.

Is it possible for the extreme right to just leave out the hate, scorn, and racism, and stick to the facts?
Well the goods new is that if you listen to the nice people on TV and eat what they tell you, you can be assured that any issue that might accidentally develop can be treated with brand new pharmaceuticals!!

Although doctors say that meat is healthy, I do not know anyone who would benefit from meat-eating to be healthy. For example, my neighbor, a meat-eater, has disgusting skin, cellulite, and hardly climbs to the 3rd floor, and she is only 30. Plus she smells like dog.
Maybe she is affected by ptomaine in her intestines? Why can't meat eaters be healthy even though they have a "healthy diet"?
Same reason why just eating veg doesn't make vegans healthy.

Vegetables are best fertilized with carnivore excrement
Stop eating those nasty pesticide laden vegetables. Few seem to know that many of the vegetables and fruits humans eat contain cancer causing pesticides the plants produce in an effort to protect themselves from pests. So once again, the conventional wisdom is wrong.

99.99% Of Pesticides We Eat Are Produced By Plants Themselves

Plants do the same thing. From a plant’s point of view, many insects are nothing more than dangerous, leaf-eating parasites that should die. So plants produce insecticides, like caffeine and nicotine, to keep those obnoxious, six-legged vegetarians away. (They also produce pesticides to keep the furry, four-legged vegetarians away, too.)

And guess what? When we eat plants, we’re eating those pesticides, too. A paper co-authored in 1990 by the venerable Bruce Ames found that 99.99% of the pesticides we consume in our diet are produced by the plants themselves. Given the popularity of organic food and the unscientific mythology underlying it, his findings are more relevant now than ever.

The Natural Pesticides in Your Food

According to Dr. Ames’s team, every plant produces roughly a few dozen toxins, some of which (at a high enough dose) would be toxic to humans. Cabbage produces at least 49 known pesticides. Given the ubiquity of natural pesticides, Dr. Ames estimates that “Americans eat about 1.5 g of natural pesticides per person per day, which is about 10,000 times more than they eat of synthetic pesticide residues.”

Furthermore, Dr. Ames estimates that we consume 5,000 to 10,000 different natural pesticides every day, many of which cause cancer when tested in lab animals. Dr. Ames then pens quite possibly the best paragraph ever written in the scientific literature:

"[R]odent carcinogens are present in the following foods: anise, apple, apricot, banana, basil, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, cantaloupe, caraway, carrot, cauliflower, celery, cherries, cinnamon, cloves, cocoa, coffee, collard greens, comfrey herb tea, currants, dill, eggplant, endive, fennel, grapefruit juice, grapes, guava, honey, honeydew melon, horseradish, kale, lentils, lettuce, mango, mushrooms, mustard, nutmeg, orange juice, parsley, parsnip, peach, pear, peas, black pepper, pineapple, plum, potato, radish, raspberries, rosemary, sesame seeds, tarragon, tea, tomato, and turnip. Thus, it is probable that almost every fruit and vegetable in the supermarket contains natural plant pesticides that are rodent carcinogens. The levels of these... rodent carcinogens in the above plants are commonly thousands of times higher than the levels of synthetic pesticides." [Emphasis added]

Vegetables are a gub'ment trick to get us to eat poison so we will collapse after a tackle for no reason!
