They were the only ones who could have been harmed, moron. They weren’t. Loans paid off early, they testified they wanted to do more business with him.It was the state of NY pressing charges for violations of NY laws. The opinions of the banks are irrelevant and have no bearing whatsoever on the evidence of the fraud committed.
They signed the docs, and are glad they did.
