Why do many Democrats willingly engage in lies and misrepresentations?

We currently live in a country that has a government that preaches in equality. We live in an unequal country right now. We have major companies , practically all the major networks on cable and major universities engaging in discriminatory hiring processes and discriminatory reporting of the news. It should be incumbent on every American to strive for equality. That’s what it’s all about my friends.

It's called hard core politics and, unfortunately, the left are much better at it than Republicans.

It's because leftist radicals have taken over the Democrat party with the help of money from George Soros and other similar radicals. The intent is to tear down America's economy and moral foundation so they can achieve their Marxist-socialist dreams.

The radical leftists in the government no longer preach equality they preach something called 'equity' which is not based on merit but based on fuzzy things like sex, gender, skin color, etc. They have also taken over large capitalist companies, especially the legacy networks and social media corporations. They have infiltrated our schools with equity programs, transgender programs and racist programs, all mandated by the federal teachers union.

I agree, especially in the workplace, the place where most Americans spend most of their waking hours. Most Americans wake up in the morning and go to work, in a place, where there is no democracy. Americans who claim to love democracy, assume that democracy should only be found in politics, in the governance of a nation, not in the process and enterprise of production. The production of goods and services is a social endeavor, requiring the organization and employment of human labor. This is the case, especially under the capitalist-run economy that we are in today. Why are the Republicans and most Democrats as well, so averse to democracy and equality in the economy and at the workplace? You spend eight, twelve, perhaps even sixteen hours in the workplace, to earn a wage, in order to eat, have a roof over your head, and clothing on your back. Shouldn't we in view of the fact that our labor is vital to our survival, at the very least, have some democracy in the workplace where we spend most of our day (or night)?

Now the response to the above will be that it's OK to have tyranny in the workplace. In the process of production, it's not an issue, to have exploitation, between employers (exploiters) and their employees (exploitees), that are being given less than what they're producing for the sake of the master's profits. Adam Smith who is the father of capitalism, according to most economists and defenders of capitalism, identified the employer class as "masters" and their employees as the mastered:

"What are the common wages of labour, depends every where upon the contract usually made between those two parties, whose interests are by no means the same. The workmen desire to get as much, the masters to give as little as possible. The former are disposed to combine in order to raise, the latter in order to lower the wages of labour." (Wealth of Nations, Adam Smith)

Do you have a problem with that? No, you don't. Not only do you not have an issue with the above arrangement between employers and employeeeees, but you aspire to become an employer/exploiter/master yourself. You want to become the fief-lord, paying someone $100 daily when they're producing $500 daily or more, for you in products and sales, etc. You need your employees/exploitees, who you are exploiting to produce or/and deliver your product or service. You need other people, in other words, production is a social endeavor, and not a private one. It's you "the lord" with his serfs or putting it in capitalist terms, you and your employees. Human beings, not dogs or cats, not oxen, cows, no, it's human labor, human beings, hence why don't you run the business enterprise democratically, with equality among those who WORK THE BUSINESS? No no, you the master are at Club Med in the Bahamas, at the beach, drinking piña coladas, and your employees/exploitees/wage-slaves are working their asses off for you. How nice.

Where is equality, and where is democracy in the workplace? The place where most Americans spend most of their waking hours? Where? Democracy in politics is OK, for the GOP and the Dems, but not in the workplace, in the place where we produce everything we consume. Production is just as important, if not more so than politics, and yet no democracy in the workplace, just in politics. Hmmm, seems like a contradiction, a paradox.

So there is a double standard or hypocrisy on both sides of the aisle, it's not just the Dems who are full of shit, it's the Republicans as well, who claim to be lovers of liberty yet are so keen on defending the tyranny of the present-day workplace.

Lies and misrepresentation is most of what Democrats got.
