This is a serious question to any supporters of Clinton on this forum (I honestly haven't seen any so I kinda expect this topic to die). The question is simple:

Why do you support Hillary Clinton?

This isn't asking why you are a Democrat, nor why you hate Conservatives...it is why you support Clinton. Personally, I am a moderate liberal and I have no clue who I'm going to vote for. My two favorite candidates still in the running don't have a realistic shot (Sanders probably won't win the primary and, even if he does, will get steamrolled by the Republican candidate due to fear over the word "socialist") (Rubio doesn't have a shot and will get crushed by either the Trump or Cruz machine unless a miracle happens). I just wanted to create a topic asking, in earnest, why Clinton has such a strong voter base...I know she's well connected in Washington, but it takes more than that to put "butts in the seat" for a vote.

Most Clinton supporters just think that she would be equivalent to her husband. A sizable number of them just want to be able to say they voted for the first female President. So basically, Clinton supporters are either sexist or idiots. Or both.

I have been asking that for years. You will never get a straightforward, clear, factual answer.
