Why can't I rep?

Ok, I'm confused. I'm unable to rep because allegedly I've given out too much rep in the last 24 hours. And I can never give more than one rep to any one person in a 24 hour period.

So why is it that I can receive more than one rep from a single poster, one right on top of the other?

I'm new here but I believe the rule is 20 reps in a 24 hour period

and if you rep someone you have to rep 8 other people before you can rep them again....

so perhaps you inspire people to rep others more quickly so they can rep you again and again.

Don't be honored, she was running around pos. repping people so she could triple whammy me. I noticed 2 out of 3 of my last neg. reps were from her so I hit her up a couple times. Don't know how I was able to do that in 5 minutes, but it managed to work. And because I one upped her, she was going to get me back, but was BLOCKED. Now you just know she would win that battle of going back and forth neg repping each other. She's clearly more petty than I am. I'm an elite socialist athiest.

I was not trying to run up your neg reps. I simply gave you your daily neg rep, crybaby. Then you were able to neg rep me two times successively, which freaked me out...

I think I must just have hit the 24 hour mark funky or something.

No I wasn't. I've never been able to triple or even double whammy you or anyone else. You double whammied me, on the other hand.

And Ravi, I didn't mean I could only rep one person, period, in 24 hours. I meant I couldn't double rep anyone in 24 hours. At least I don't think I ever have.

we need to have the rep program set up where we can ALSO SEE who we have repped, DP'S site has it set up this way....i find it very helpful in keeping track....maybe gunny can have this arranged for us?
