President Trump is Biden’s polar opposite. Even more importantly, Donald Trump achieved something that Democrat politicians have been promising for decades, yet always failed to deliver: criminal justice reform that corrects the gross injustices that Biden helped to put in place all those years ago. Thanks to the FIRST STEP Act, thousands of non-violent Black inmates have been able to earn early release, and thousands more have received help developing the personal and professional skills necessary to become productive members of society.

In this respect, President Trump is the one who is carrying on the legacy of past civil rights crusaders, working diligently to do what’s right despite knowing that he might never receive widespread recognition.

The rental case wasn't "dismissed". It was settled. And then Trump broke the Settlement Agreement and was charged for a second time. And that case was "settled" too. The Trump University case was settled as well. And there are Orders issued in this cases, which reflect the settlement - all are evidence of Trump's business practices.

Trump "settles" most of his cases before trial after dragging out the proceedings for as long as possible filing motion after motion until the other side runs out of money or patience. But now that the entire country has seen how Trump operates in court, Judges have gotten wise to his delay tactics, and are shutting Trump's shennanigans down.

That's why this trial is going ahead while Trump's "total immunity" claims are being litigated at the Supreme Court while the trial is going on.
