That's not true. There were nearly as many abortions prior to Roe, done illegally and legally combined, as there are now, with abortion being legal. They are just safer now.....and done with a doctor's assistance when medically done....where infection possibilities are controlled and monitored.

Around our founding father's time, there was no real birth control, and it wasn't a bunch of loose women getting abortions, it was married women, already with 6 to 10 children in tow, seeking aborticant concoctions.

Am old so was around to watch the whole conformation hearing for Thomas. Two things I would note.
Thomas only had nine months on the appellate court before being nominated, He was underqualified for the highest job.
The Democrat's let him be voted in BECAUSE he was black.
His wife has the right to her own opinion, The money thing, bad judgment or unsuitable behavior?

Wrong. It goes to the States if their constitutions allow it. There's an inherent police power (not like men in blue police but societal order police power) that the States have by default. So the combination of common law police power, the States constitutions, and any constitutional (state or federal) law is what decides where a power goes between the States and the People.

Bull crap. There would have been piles of dead aborting-people bodies in the alleys if it were as you say. Abortion was rare, in comparison, before Roe.

Obviously no one would expect Thomas to write the SCOTUS decision since I don't think he has EVER written a single SCOTUS decision. But clearly Thomas has always been the most conservative and least ethically principled of all the SCOTUS justices.

Although Alito wrote the ruling, it obvious is ridiculously invalid.

It does not.
All it does is define some jurisdiction restrictions on the federal government, which states ignored until the 14th amendment.
And what this ruling does is essentially overrule the 14th amendment, putting back in the Antebellum condition of before the Civil War.
That is not just ridiculous, but treasonous.
The traitors in the SCOTUS should be hanging from lampposts.
