Who starts Israeli and Arab wars?

At least Iran isn't setting up shop in Mexico; how would we react to that one, Hossie?
As far as Iran's actions in the Middle East and Caspean Sea region, it seems like self-defense, to me.
What's your take on this alleged alliance?

"ISRAEL is preparing to agree a defence co-operation deal with Turkey and three Arab states aimed at setting up an early warning system to detect Iranian ballistic missiles.

"The proposal, referred to by the diplomats involved as “4+1”, may eventually lead to technicians from Turkey, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Jordan working alongside Israelis in joint command-and-control centres.

"The American-brokered plan is to build a 'moderate crescent' of allied states that share a powerful vested interest in countering Iran’s nuclear ambitions.

“'The plan is to start with information-sharing about Iran’s ballistic missiles,' said an Israeli official."

Georgie Boy, grow up. Iran wants to be the big cheese in the Middle East as they await for the 12th Imam to jump out of the well. Why do you think they have supplied Hezbottah and Hamas even though Iran is basically Shiite. Do you really think the countries that are mentioned in that article want to see Iran becoming the big cheese in the Middle East. The leaders of those countries are smart enough to realize that Iran is run by a bunch of religious fanatics who are capable of doing crazy things.
Except killing civilians in your home town.
Saddam was checking Iran, remember.

You really think there are not Persians and Arabs who have read Wesley Clark's book?
Seven Muslim states overthrown in five years. Iraq and Libya already done and Syria's about to join the wake.
Muslims know exactly what the US is trying to do IN THEIR NEIGHBORHOOD, and they KNOW why.
Do you really expect them to continue to roll over and die for America the way they have been for the last two decades? What would you do in their place... volunteer for the US Marines?
Georgie Boy, whom do you think you are kidding. You don't care about the Arabs or how many of them have died. You are only on this forum because you can't stand the Jews for some reason and you also hate the U.S. because of your own personal circumstances. I am sure that there are many viewers by now who have your number and let whatever you say go in one ear and out the other, so to speak. However, carry on if it makes you happy. I am sure all you viewers realize that when Georgie Boy latches onto to something, he will constantly bring it up, just like he is bringing up Clark's book in this post. How many times have you mentioned this book by now, Georgie Boy?

When did Syria last bomb Tel Aviv?

"Let’s cut to the chase. Israel’s bombing of Syrian army installations at Jamraya near Damascus is a provocation and an act of war. Israel acted as a Washington proxy – which may have even provided the list of targets. And Washington – not to mention those useless puppets in Brussels – won’t condemn the bombing, which for the umpteenth time makes a mockery of international law."

Kinda seems like a game changer, to me:

"As I went back through the Pentagon in November 2001, one of the senior military staff officers had time for a chat. Yes, we were still on track for going against Iraq, he said. But there was more. This was being discussed as part of a five-year campaign plan, he said, and there were a total of seven countries, beginning with Iraq, then Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Iran, Somalia and Sudan." [147]

Is Clark's book your Holy Grail now, Georgie Boy? You can't seem to restrain yourself from mentioning it. Nowhere in your mind would you think that the citizens in many countries in the Middle East wanted a change from dictators and looked forward to democracies. The sad part about this is that the radicals didn't want this and started taking over these movements. However, since you hate America, keep on blaming the U.S. for all the problems in the world. As an aside, I am sure the viewers have realized how devoutly Georgie Boy is holding on to this Clark book because it serves his purpose of trying to blame America for all the trouble in the Middle East.

According to Saigoon aka Trollgoons logic, America started the war with Nazi Germany. Since the Nazis never "attacked" us. LOL
The only thing you know about "logic", is that you don't have any!

Germany declared war on us, after their ally (Japan), did attack us.
Ha ha ha! Thank you for proving my point. Hamas, Hezbollah, Syria, and Iran have not only declared war on Israel and called for it's destruction, but also acted upon it many times. DUFUS!

Finally...Hossie and The Smartest Jew in History are both on the same page:

"QUESTION: Is there a U.S. foreign policy in the Middle East?

"CHOMSKY: Yes. There's been a very consistent U.S. foreign policy in the Middle East, at least since the Second World War, whose primary concern has been to ensure that the energy reserves of the Middle East remain firmly under American control.

"The State Department noted in 1945 that these reserves constitute 'a stupendous source of strategic power, and one of the greatest material prizes in world history.'1

"Basically it is a policy meant to keep Saudi Arabia, which has by far the largest known stores of petroleum, under American control. This has been quite explicit since World War II. In fact, during the war the government tried to expel Britain, and later France, from the region.

"There were forms of chicanery used to achieve that end, which was achieved, certainly, by the formation of ARAMCO [Arabian American Oil Company] in 1947.

"Given U.S. control over Western Hemisphere resources, the United States thus effectively controlled the major energy reserves of the noncommunist world, with all that implied with regard to the organization of international society.2

"A number of years later, the American position in the Middle East was extended.

"Following the CIA-backed coup in Iran in 1953, American oil companies controlled 40% of Iranian oil. By the mid 50s, American dominance of the region and total dominance of Saudi Arabia was virtually complete."

BTW, all that control of Middle Eastern oil was taking place at the same time this country was the world's leading oil exporter. So you are right...

"It's not socialism."
It's greed, and millions of Muslims will be maimed, murdered, or displaced in its star-spangled name.

So could there ever have been a jewish entity living NOT at the expense of the indigenous arabs?

yesd there wouldn have been if it had not been for a certain adolf hitler

Yeah funny ain't it? History according to Kvetch. Who woulda thought the Jews had it so good living as second class Dhimmi apartheid citizens among the Arabs / Muslims? What right do Jews have to regain their ancient homeland back from the Arabs who invaded and plundered their way into every single non Muslim country in the region, including Israel?

Meh...that kind of thievery, terror, and barbaric behavior by Muslims doesn't seem to phase Kvetch, I wonder why? LOL

I think we left "tragic" behind about the time some of the founding fathers of Israel offered to help Hitler and his 1000 year Reich by killing the British in Palestine during WWII.

Looking ahead, Kvetch, have you any thoughts on Free Kurdistan

The current Syrian tragedy may result in Israel and Turkey militarizing the Eastern Mediterranean coast in service to western pipeline companies?

"The 2006 War on Lebanon

"The historical background of these recent events should be understood. In 2006, Lebanon was bombed by the Israeli Air Force. Israeli troops crossed the border and were repealed by Hezbollah forces.

"The 2006 war on Lebanon was part of a carefully planned and coordinated military road map. The extension of the 2006 war on Lebanon into Syria had been contemplated by US and Israeli military planners.

"This broader 2006 military agenda was intimately related to strategic oil and oil pipelines. It was supported by the Western oil giants which control the pipeline corridors.

"One of the military objectives formulated in 2006 was to for Israeli to gain control over the Lebanese and Syrian Eastern Mediterranean coastline, namely to establish a coastal corridor extending from Northern Israel to Southern Turkey."

Speaking about the "rich" again, Georgie? If you had a little money, maybe you wouldn't be obsessed with people who have some. I think Georgie Boy must go to bed saying over and over and over "Balfour Declaration" because he feels he must post it umpteen times. How about changing your tune, Georgie Boy and say "A Country for the 70 millions Kurds?

If any nation on this planet (besides the Palestinians) deserves their own state, I would pick the Kurds, Hossie. I'm a little unsure of how many more Arabs will have to die or be maimed or displaced for that to happen. This map (as I've posted before) shows a "Free" Kurdistan along with the country of Iraq divided into two statelets: "Arab Shia State" and "Sunni Iraq" (and a Baghdad City State)

I seem to recall reading an account from about ten years ago claiming the US military was requiring Iraqi civilians to divide into two groups when attending meetings: Shia on one side of the room, Sunni on the other. Most Iraqis had no idea why they were being told to do that at the time since even Saddam had never required such formal divisions.

I'll bet they do now.
