So maybe the person they buy from now doesn't respond as quick as I do and they don't send tracking after the product has shipped. People tell me all the time, besides the price, they love my quick response and follow up after the sale. They LOVE IT! But they'll fuck me in a heart beat to save 5%.

So in a free market, I may not buy my shoes from you just because you buy from me. Why do you buy from me? Who's my competition? Are you being forced to buy from me? That's no good.
