Why did he flip flop and only remove 6100 of the remaining 8600 troops left in the country as prescribed by the Doha Surrender Accord Donnie negotiated? Why did he cut the already diminished forces that much on the last week of his presidency, with the May 1st deadline looming? Was it a giant fuck you to Americans, who came out in record numbers to vote the "Cheddar Shredder" out of office?

He didn't. One of the first things he did was extend the truce with the Taliban and the evacuation date.

The Generals had no approved evacuation plan from the Trumpyteam. The 2500 troops were the minimum they needed to support the Afghan Army, Not the Evac. We had to redeploy troops to get that done.

Do you think the US government should be responsible for the whereabouts of all Americans traveling abroad, to be able to pluck them out of harms way in a moments notice (even though we've been on schedule to leave since the Trumpers signed the Doha Surrender Accords)?

Perfectly ok that HIllary beat phones with hammers after they were under subpoena from the federal gov't and erased emails under subpoena but Trump tore up some documents that had ABSOLUTELY no classified information at all and the left throws a hissy fit.
