Where do you keep the vodka?

i keep my sipping vodka in the freezer....surplus vodka is normally for making vanilla...so i keep it at room temp

For some reason my local supermarket were stocking a Smirnoff Spicy Tamarind litre at half price .
It wan't too spicy and I still do not know what Tamarind tastes like .
But am ready for Xmas in May .
