I was in a pawn shop this morning and I saw a entry level Kimber Custom LW (alloy frame) .45 1911.
It was "meh" priced at $459.00 but the tag said "extras included in case". I figured maybe an extra mag.
Come to find out it had two extra mags and a Kimber .22 conversion unit and three .22 mags with it!
We agreed to $425.00 out the door and I took it home. I'll likely use it for trade fodder.
The odd thing was none of the .45 mags were Kimber marked....One Ed Brown, 1 Meg-gar, and one Wilson combat.
