Now if I eat little for 2 days then my gut goes back to normal

You're just inflated from overeating and drinking. I doubt you're actually gaining a significant amount of fat in just 4 days.

It could be ascites. Judging from your posts, it seems that you are a very heavy drinker. That can cause cirrhosis. Liver damage.

The portal hypertension caused by cirrhosis can cause fluid to build up in your abdominal cavity.

Seriously, if your gut gets bigger and smaller in that small period of time, it is certainly not from gaining and losing fat.

It doesn't work that way.

Ask your doctor.
