When is an embryo/fetus a human life?

"Will develop" into a human being, and "is" a human being are not the same thing. It's not that complicated.
Yeah, how easy it is to kill a developing human being. Just say it’s not a being yet and your conscience is good to go, eh?

If I may.

You just loaded their cannon and fell into a trap.

A human being is a human being, even when that (newly conceived) human being is only in the zygote stage of their life, growth and development.

Even Planned Parenthood recognizes this biological fact.

I hear ya but they use that word ‘being’ all the time to thwart arguments for life. Yet the very same people would say a person plunging a knife into a pregnant woman killing both mother and fetus is a double murder.

Understood, but they already lost that battle. Their denial has been defeated for a long time.
Note it says "at ANY stage."

Note it says
(c)Nothing in this section shall be construed to permit the prosecution—
(1)
of any person for conduct relating to an abortion for which the consent of the pregnant woman, or a person authorized by law to act on her behalf, has been obtained or for which such consent is implied by law;
(2)
of any person for any medical treatment of the pregnant woman or her unborn child; or
(3)
of any woman with respect to her unborn child.

The term person literally means countable by census and male and the correct and applicable term is individual so that it also includes females as us citizens .

Only the mentally retarded believes that all neonates are capable of live birth , as before a certain state of development a fetus is simply not viable and , by the way , the anti-choice sycophants should be forced to pay for compulsory prenatal care and post development problems that are common among premature births .

All offenses are against the mother , while the penalties are as if the crime had happened to the mother , and the penalties can be appropriate for the offense .

Note however that the status excludes capital punishment , which is because for an individual to be subject to capital punishment , it must have removed a rite to life of another , however as a fetus does not have any constitutional protections and therefore a rite to life cannot be removed whereby the death penalty could be applied .

Everyone should note the cowardice of chum eater , whom cannot contend with reality and consistently uses it as a pussified excuse to ignore competent rebuttals , so as to continue forwarding disinformation for banal and stupid premises .

Yeah ummm. I linked to the whole thing.

The UVVA (for now) makes exceptions to itself, to keep the fact that it recognizes and defines "children in the womb in ANY stage of development" as "human beings" from being used against women who abort.

What part did you think we were trying to correct?

* Raving Nonsense About Babies In The Womb By Morons *

A baby is so designated as about three to four months after birth when an infant begins to babble .
So up until that time they can be aborted? That is your view. Human life begins at conception it is baby from that point forward any other definition is in support of the murder of babies in the womb!

The woman in your linked video said that the robots are: "Living biological robots made from human cells." So, these robots are living human cells or, human life.
So is terminating this experiment creating robots from human cells that you call human life equivalent to murder?

Take your time....

Yup. No brain, no consciousness, no human being. It's not a matter of "just saying it", it's objective reality.

There are better moral arguments against killing animals than killing a zygote, since even animals have a brain and some semblance of consciousness. A zygote does not.

Pssst pick mee!

The answer is no.

The minute you get "sweat beads" on your forehead when she says she is pregnant. :)

I'd swear "snot" was mentioned in a related email alert, but I've since deleted them all and can not find "snot" mentioned anywhere here, within this silly topic. Oh well. But it got my attention which is tough these days, according to my wife anyways.

So I asked Google, "Google, are there living human cells in snot?"
Yes, living cells are present in snot (mucus) and play a vital role in its protective functions.
Specifically, the nasal mucosa, which produces the mucus, contains:
  • Goblet cells: These specialized epithelial cells are responsible for producing and secreting mucins, which are the main protein component of mucus and give it its characteristic viscous and elastic, gel-like properties.
  • Ciliated cells: These cells possess tiny, hair-like projections called cilia that work together to propel the mucus and trapped particles towards the back of the throat to be swallowed and eliminated from the body.
  • Immune cells: The mucus also contains various immune cells, such as neutrophils and macrophages, that actively fight off infections by engulfing and destroying bacteria, viruses, and other pathogens.
Therefore, snot is a dynamic substance that serves as a crucial line of defense for the respiratory system, protecting it from inhaled particles, allergens, and pathogens.
You too may have thought it was just snot, but it's snot.

* Stupid **** Claims Abortion Prior To Four Months When Babbling Begins Does Not Include Those Born Alive *

So up until that time they can be aborted?
Which is the motivation for yearn compulsion of inclination to state such stupid presumptions ?

The legitimate interests of a state are intimately bound with citizens .

The instantiation of a citizen and its constitutional protections occurs through a non incidental requirement of live birth .

The enumerated rite to equal protection with a us citizen in us 14th amendment includes a live birth requirement for legitimate state interests .

The traitorous acts of anthropocentric psychotics , for supporting sedition against us constitution and for supporting illegitimate aggression against independence of the individual as a foundation for us republic , are repugnant .

. Teleology - Wikipedia .
Teleology (from τέλος, telos, 'end', 'aim', or 'goal', and λόγος, logos, 'explanation' or 'reason')[1] or finality[2][3] is a branch of causality giving the reason or an explanation for something as a function of its end, its purpose, or its goal, as opposed to as a function of its cause.[4]

Uh oh! Does that mean that all those dedicated religious folk are terminating living human cells every time they blow their nose?

MURDERERS!
