55 and starting to lose my energy.

Anyone have any suggestions? Which vitamins or supplements?
Do the well-known healthy things you've been avoiding all yer life (been there, done that). It's never too late. ;)
 
What changes did you make to your diet?
From mostly cutting out red meat and replacing it with chicken white meat and fish. Cut out potatoes and most bread. I eat mostly vegetable soups and dishes made with cabbage. No fast food except maybe once in a while. Cut-out sodas mostly replace with just water, fruit juice or tea, or black coffee. took out sugar mostly and salt. Started a drinking glass of prune juice before bed once a month. with all that I got my energy back and the doctor said I am good to go just not too much pressure on my knees. And in three years I have gone from 243 lbs to 215 lbs. Along with moderate exercise, I have been feeling really good and plan on going back to surfing soon.
 
I plan to just lean into the midlife crisis
 
My cousin's granddaughter is a member she should be in the 20-year-old crowd if I am not mistaken.
