For the first point, the Democrats have shown no interest whatsoever in the plight of victims of illegal immigrant crimes. To get around that point they turn it around on conservatives and Republicans and conflate the issue to be about immigration in general. It is not and never was. It is disingenuous and dishonest.

For the second point, it is true but only insofar as conservatives expect people to be accountable for their own actions and choices. On top of that, we expect the government to hold people accountable for their actions and choices and stop feeding all the sloths draining the government teat.
