What makes someone a “Conservative”?

Asians are a good example
They surpass whites academically and initially in the workforce

But when it comes to rising to CEO, bring on the white males
So you’re saying companies are purposely hiring lesser people? Asians make more than whites so statistically you are wrong

Labels are an easy way out for those that believe they need a set of core principles. Nope.

What makes someone a “Conservative”?

Basically an indifference to the suffering of others.
A feeling of….I got mine, the hell with everyone else.

Progressive policies involve keeping the downtrodden down but just high enough to keep depending on government and voting for you.

In my opinion since this is an opinion forum and facts rarely matter:

1) Limited Govt. States and local rule over Federal rule when possible, which should lead to fiscal responsibility.

2) Personal responsibility over Govt is here to help

3) Support of Free Markets. Reasonable taxes. Reasonable regulation

4) Traditional values aka no furries, trans crap,
DEI

5) Strong and advanced military

6) Support strong border security and contolled
Legal immigration

7) Support strong law enforcement none of this cashless bail and such. Back the Blue

8) Support 2A

9) End birthright citizenship for illegals

10) Death penalty for convicted violent criminals

11) Pride in being an American

12) Reduce perpetual social programs and create a system of reward for work not for gaming the system

13) There are only two genders

Doesn’t sound so bad

🤷‍♂

What I am saying is that Asians still face a glass ceiling for higher level executive positions in this country

What the data generally shows (U.S. context):
  • Asians are often well represented in professional and technical roles, especially in fields like engineering and finance.
  • But they are less represented in executive leadership, including CEO positions, compared to that pipeline.
  • This pattern is sometimes referred to as the “bamboo ceiling”—a term used in organizational sociology to describe barriers to advancement for Asians.

How many white males are CEOs in Japan, South Korea, China, etc? I would assume they're mostly Asian. Are you just unhappy with white people?
