America needs to ask this Administration, with respect to each and every Executive Order and Presidential proclamation, "How does this benefit the American people?"
The question will not be asked because the Leftists in the Media know the answer, as we all do: "No benefit whatsoever."
As for the non-Treaty with Iran (never ratified by the U.S. Senate as required) it will not do to examine its specific provisions because it was based on a false and phony premise. It would be like entering a treaty with Canada to curtail surfing on Lake Erie.
The false premise of the Iran Nuclear "deal" was that Iran has a legitimate desire to pursue commercial nuclear power. It does not. Iran sits on a lake of oil and gas, and has no interest whatsoever in reducing its carbon footprint. What it does want is a "cover" for its nuclear weapons aspirations, and it so happens that the same technology that enriches uranium for nuclear fuel can be used to enrich uranium (to a far greater degree) for nuclear weapons. Having a nuclear power plant or two gives them the ability to enrich uranium "out in the open." That's all.
Even entering into negotiations with Iran on the premises presented was foolish. The Europeans were keen to do it because they wanted to trade with Iran but knew that it was a rogue state and they oughtn't do it. We don't have that excuse. It was a stupid deal based on a known-false premise.
Which is why Biden again embraces it. Leftists are too oblivious to understand that a bad deal is WORSE than no deal at all. Which of course, 45 was well aware of.
