What I will do however, is state a few obvious points worth noting that may assist us to make our own conclusions.

1: The record says in Vs 6 that the power behind these invading countries will come from the uttermost parts of the North. Draw a line direct North from Jerusalem and you virtually disect Moscow. What other country lies utterly to the North that has the ability to take on Israel?

2: It states that Gog (chief prince of Rosh Meshech and Tubal - RSV) will become a guard (protector) to Iran, Turkey and others. What country has adopted a powerful presence in the Middle East that is “protecting” Iran, Syria and has always protected (unlike the USA) those countries who have shown loyaty to the one protecting them?

3: Vs 4 indicates that God will by some means cause Gog / Rosh to come down into the Middle East. What country has been forced to go into Syria to not only protect an allie but to also protect her own backdoor against Muslim extremists?

4: Vs 10 says that this invading country will devise an evil scheme which will lead them into a major battle with Israel. What country would conceive a plan that would have the backing of Iran, Turkey etc to try and exterminate Israel. Could the incredible gas reserves that Israel now controls off their coast and who are now setting up business relationships to pipe this gas into Europe, could such plans be in the interests of Russia to allow them to proceed?

5: Ezekiel 38 happens after Israel has returned to their land (Ezek 37) which happened in 1948. When in history have we seen Israel back in their land, strong, powerful, stable and economically doing very well and at the same time have this major powerful juganaught of a military power ensconsed right next door to them in Syria who has already warned Israel to be very careful not to engage any Russian troops while dealing with Iran bases in Syria? When has that happened before?

I could continue, but to be honest even if you try and argue that Russia is not a main player in Ezekiel 38, then all of the above fulfillment of what the chapter actually states must be just pure coincidence. Hmmmmmmmm

I think the jigsaw puzzle is only waiting for another couple of peices to be fitted into it and then we will witness the most amazing fulfilment of Bible prophecy ever to occur on this planet.

So if Israel lives, and it does. then what comes next?

Well between Israel being resurrected as a Nation and her purification when she endures the last 7 years of Daniel’s prophecy when The AntiChrist reigns, Gog appears prior and begins to gather Allie’s to himself such as Iran and Turkey. He then becomes assertive and aggressive and become a leader and a guard for his new allies. Then a hook is Put in to his jaw and he is drawn down towards Israel “too take a spoil”. God still loves you, but there are consequences for hatred, and for refusal to accept His son as your only way to escape the flames of Hell. God cannot allow such vile hatred in to the Kingdom of Heaven so He sent His son to pay the price for your crimes to make it possible for you to repent and return to God's loving arms, but there comes a point where that deal is rescinded, for some it is at death, and for others their hearts are so full of hatred that it occurs while they are yet living.

There is always hope, even for those like you that throw hope away and spit upon it.

I think we should stick with scripture instead of modern day prophets.. and it would help to study the history of the time so we understand the symbolism. People in the first century understood it quite well.
