And even after the little thug is officially a murderer, they still send money.

As someone put it, "can't get people to donate to my local civic theatre but they raise $650, 000 for someone that murdered another human."

Disgusting.

The 19-year-old's GiveSendGo account became a topic of interest leading up to his trial; website founderJacob Wells said that no money hae been withdrawn.

The ongoing fallout from Karmelo Anthony receiving a 35-year sentence after being convicted for the murder of Austin Metcalf at a track meet in Texas last April has added a new wrinkle: community support.

Anthony's GiveSendGo account saw a massive number of donations since it was established last year in the aftermath of his arrest and indictment.

Well, they belive he is being persecuted for being black and not allowed a defence of stand your ground. I think the people are not disgusting but mislead... it simply shows a great divide in the country.

I'm not willing to cut them that kind of slack. There's no evidence of this being a racial issue, they just want to see a black kid get away with murder.
