All I heard is "Stop listening to the Democrats" and a strange argument as to why Republicans don't tell Blacks what they can do(Because Blacks say they can't do anything? That is called a challenge by a group, not a command!)

For 80 years or more, they've followed the Democrats who are supposed to be helping them. You would think they would have been helped by now. That they wouldn't be needing republicans to help them. But no, the plans haven't worked and now they turn to republicans and want to know what republicans can do to help.
Apparently, armchair thinks that Republicans ought to try and out-do the democrats with plans that don't work and don't help? Yes... that's a genius plan... let's have a double-scoop of shit that don't work!

Walk up to him and say, "Hey, what do you think about this?" and then spring your

Hey... what do you think about this? How about we treat ALL Americans equal and have faith that black people can achieve things on their own without our patronizing? How about we motivate people to be their best instead of encouraging them to be victims? How about we teach you to be successful through your initiative and talent as opposed to being entitled because you were born with dark skin?
I don't know about Republicans, but Conservatives think black people are individuals and they each bring their unique attributes to the table. They are not less capable because of skin pigmentation and don't require assistance from anyone. Their brains are just as developed, they are just as smart, just as business-savvy, just as resourceful as anyone else.
It is the historically RACIST Democrats who seek to keep black people on the plantation. You continue to gesture that they are not good enough, they need you to help them. Those evil white republicans just don't understand what it's like to be born black and ignorant... they just want to take away all your free stuff!
