What are you depending on government to do for you?

I did answer it, but I'll be even more blunt and to the point. You asked:

They won't have a business. It will be taken by the government and sold on the market to smart capitalists who "follow the program", redefining capitalism in their hearts and minds, prioritizing their business ventures as a service to the community and country, providing goods and services to the working class, and then secondly, enriching themselves. Being rewarded for their products and services with capital, by a well-paid consumer, with the purchasing power to buy everything they need and want in the marketplace.

Capitalism like socialism, comes in different forms. As I already answered you in my last post, I'm a national socialist, 3rd-Way fascist, hence "the program" I'm proposing includes capitalism defined in national socialist, fascist terms.

Capitalism is indeed that when properly regulated. The most successful economies in the world are mixed economies. Some capitalism, some socialism, and if you add nationalism to that as what occurred in 1930s Germany, under the National Socialist Party, capitalism finds its highest expression, it becomes fully actualized in the service of God, family, and country.

Unfortunately you're misinformed.
Thank you for the clarification, so your system will simply confiscate the property of those that refuse to go along with your program, has it escaped your attention that all such systems that have gone in such a direction have inevitably failed (including German National Socialism)? Human beings are not ants and it's not in our nature to labor solely for the benefit of the state over any significant period of time, which probably explains why capitalism has been so successful.

We'll have to agree to disagree with respect to our views on Jewish People, I have no problem with Jewish people at all and don't foresee any circumstances that would change my opinion of them.

You're creating strawmen arguments because I never proposed that workers nullify all of their personal aspirations and ambitions, or work for the state. You should improve your reading comprehension skills. As I pointed out, the most successful form of capitalism, is one within a mixed economy, not laissez-faire. Capitalism must serve the nation's interests and public good, if you have a problem with that, too bad. Boohoo.

Finally get the Supreme Court out of politics altogether. It shouldn't be leaning right or left It should simply serve reason and justice.
The Supreme Court is only involved with law matters.

I apologize for upsetting You, I thought this was a rational exchange, guess not. Have a good one. :)

Stop projecting yourself on me. Moreover, whether I'm angry or not is irrelevant, because one's emotional state doesn't determine the validity or veracity of our arguments or points of view. So you're now being a disingenuous weenie, resorting to ad hominem attacks, as if that somehow strengthens your case, and invalidates mine. Grow up.

What i find intriguing here is the search for a metric.

If good governance in any given free country comes down to the 'welfare' of the peeps (constitutionality for the USofA) just how much big bro does it take?

it would seem to me that larger overbearing governance is every bit as counter productive as free market anarchy

perhaps the disparity?

LOL, speaking of strawmen. and it appears that your understanding of ad hominem is flawed, I didn't attempt to invalidate your argument by calling your character into question nor did I attempt to define your argument for you so I could tear it down. If I misinterpreted your position, it was simply a product of your being rather long winded and unclear when you posted.

Logical fallacies are far more entertaining when you learn how to actually identify them correctly.

Enjoy the rest of your day.

More disingenuous rhetoric and irrelevant BS. Pointing out that I'm supposedly upset as if that makes a difference. A person can be angry and right, and you can be calm, collected, soft-spoken, and wrong. So why resort to such cheap rhetoric when debating someone? My wordy posts compelled you to resort to ad hominem attacks? You're just unable to admit you made that mistake, resorting to a cheap logical fallacy.

Citing Socrates doesn't help your case, you just keep projecting yourself on me, with your ad-homs and false accusations.

We're in danger from burning things?

How many new nuclear reactors should we build, so we can burn fewer things?

We could go nuclear right now and we would have 1000x more energy, to power electric vehicles and infrastructure. We need to do this ASAP, evolving from old 20th-century, filthy fossil-fuel tech, to clean, abundant, safe nuclear. Solar panels, wind-mills are not the solution, nuclear fission is and later on, in a few decades, fusion.
