There is a difference between being put off by Trumps personality or disagreeing with him on social or political issues and obsessing over everything he says and does and blaming him for every bad thing that happens in the world or acting like any problem in your life is because of him to me doing that gets into TDS territory.

Wrong. Because his policies do affect people's lives. And right now, the president of this country's misdeeds affect the entire world.

FWIW, I looked through your recent postings here. If you discount the 30+ posts in this thread, the rest of your recent posts seem relatively un-deranged about Trump. You discuss a variety of topics and don't seem to reflexively relate everything to him. Seems like a reasonable balance to me.

The fact is that the tariffs plus the increased cost of gas caused by things the President has done did create the high prices we are paying. The inflation during Biden was caused by a pandemic that Trump mismanaged.

I have never liked Trump. not even when he was much younger and first flirted with the idea of getting into politics.

I admit that some of my angst towards Trump comes from envy. Maybe even jealousy.

I wish I had his wealth, name recognition, and access to the bully pulpit for any length of time to capitalize on his shortcomings and to show better leadership for the conservative cause.

But I never will have that chance.

I don't particularly like Trump as a person and some of the things he does I disagree with. I also didn't like Biden as a person and disagreed with almost everything that he did. I kinda' liked Obama as a person but for most of his two terms I didn't really like what he did. I absolutely detested Bush Jr. But I never spent my whole day every day hating any one of them on the Internet and with all the people around me. If you hate a politician so much that you are willing to waste your life hating them on Internet forums, you are psychologically fucked up and need help. That is TDS.
