I don't mind liver at all. Piled high with good sweet carmelized onions or cooked up in bacon fat and served with bacon on top. But it's not much of a food item anymore. When I was a kid, it was on the menu of every family restaurant. I don't love it enough to buy it and cook it, but if you put it in front of me, no problem.SearchOldLady said:Never heard of tater tot casserole. Just as well, I'm sure.
