Well they'll fall well short of a law suit--- Immigration in this country is the "sol" responsibility of the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT.

In fact, Seatlle Washington launched a law suit against Trump over his threat regarding Sanctuary cities.

IOW without a written law as to what is a sanctuary city, that is approved and signed into legislative law--there is no way to determine which cities are sanctuary and which ones aren't.
