Oh boo-hoo. Quality of life isn’t impacted by having to go without a candy bar.

Sure it is if before being disabled, you enjoyed cooking and food and a candy bar is the closest thing to pleasure or joy left in your life to look forward to. You would feel ashamed of saying such things if you had known some of the people and cases I have seen. A candy bar might not be much of anything to you or I, but to some people, it is literally all that they have left to hang onto for sanity to keep life tolerable worth living.

It IS impacted by being hungry, and our generous country keeps that from happening by giving people free chicken, beef, milk, bread, veggies, fruit, pasta, pasta sauce, cereal, eggs, cheese, etc.

FOOD. SNAP qualifies people below the poverty level of getting FOOD. In a free society, people still get to choose WHAT they eat. I don't know what kind of fascist totalitarian society you are advocating for! Even people in prison for murder still get a choice of food, including desert. Not sure where you are going that a disabled person is somehow worse than and less entitled than a murderer.

You’re on the dole and want a candy bar? Your choice is to either do an odd job and buy it yourself, or go without and be appreciative for all the free food you ARE given.

Maybe you should be on a few doles. Just suck it up and admit that Jews get everything they deserve. Maybe the Jews ought to get off their ass and move somewhere they are wanted if they want peace?

Think of the lesson they are giving their children: you are entitled to other people’s money, even if it’s just for a candy bar. Instead, they should be teaching them that we live in a generous country that gives all sorts of free food to people, but if you want an extra thing like a candy bar, you need to earn a little money (shovel snow, babysit) and buy it yourself.

Now, I realize that terrorism and free choice are not on the same levels of importance in severity, but both share a lot of similarities in their QUALITIES. Both the handicapped and the Jews are now dependent on the whims of others possibly through no fault of their own--- the EU will recognize Palestine as a soverign country against all reason and a bunch of disgruntled people who are having trouble paying taxes and getting by will now, against all reason, blame it on some handicapped people simply because they want the most minimal level of the most minimum quality treat food in order to add the most fundamental quality to their life which no one would deny a baby, or a dog.

I found out about it because a deputy came up to the house to tell me about it because it happened on some land I own. It's open rangeland, wasn't my cow.
My guess is that that person would have shot the cow anyway, maybe has done it before. Just a handy excuse.

There has never existed a time in contemporary Western society when the population of "helpless" fat people was larger than it is today....The last I read it's around 47 million in the US on SNAP/EBT.

Because of all the "help" our society has given people, we now have tens of millions of fat people who can't live without that "help".

And we've now reached the point where we don't know what the heck else to do with them.
