So what do you think of the decision by Cephas - Peter to REFUSE three times, to eat anything common or unclean, [even when this order was given perhaps by an angel]?

it shows that despite Jesus speaking in clear language every day Peter didn't fully understand that Jesus saying "eat my flesh" was a teaching that the subject of Kosher law was not about food but what goes into your mind and out of your mouth making the talmud, what Jesus called the traditions of men, obsolete. Eat what you want.
