Watching CNN, former GOP Mia Love...thankfully she was voted out, she is dumb as a stump (or just dishonest)

Slobbers the moron who utterly failed to prove their claim that the House Sergeant-at-Arms reports to the Speaker of the House. :icon_rolleyes:
other then provided you the Code Section that shows that he does.

False. There is no code stating such. It's sad that you feel the need to lie to make a point you can't actually make.

The part you didn't highlight... "or other presiding officer"

Moron, any member of the House can be a presiding officer if delegated. Accord to your reading comprehension issues, that would mean the SAA reports to the entire House. They don't. They don't report to the Speaker either. What that section you're referencing means is while the House is in session, the presiding officer can call the chamber to order if needed and that becomes the SAA job to bring the House into order.

That's not the SAA reporting to the presiding officer, whether it's Pelosi or any other House member.

You really do have cottage cheese for brains. :cuckoo:

yeah, when the speaker is not available…if it’s vacant, or they are sick…etc. they report to who is presiding.

how does this go over your head?

No, you raging idiot.the SAA takes direction from the presiding officer, whose responsibility it is to call the session into order. When that happens, they give direction to the SAA to take care of the matter.

That's the presiding officer giving direction to the SAA, it's not the SAA reporting to the presiding officer.
