Geez....you are an idiotic cult boy troll.
Slobbers the moron who utterly failed to prove their claim that the House Sergeant-at-Arms reports to the Speaker of the House.

You mean other then this one?False. There is no code stating such. It's sad that you feel the need to lie to make a point you can't actually make.

"I, the Sergeant–at–Arms shall, ‘maintain order under the direction of the Speaker or other presiding officer"
UNDER THE DIRECTION OF THE SPEAKER!!
yeah, when the speaker is not available…if it’s vacant, or they are sick…etc. they report to who is presiding. The part you didn't highlight... "or other presiding officer"
Moron, any member of the House can be a presiding officer if delegated. Accord to your reading comprehension issues, that would mean the SAA reports to the entire House. They don't. They don't report to the Speaker either. What that section you're referencing means is while the House is in session, the presiding officer can call the chamber to order if needed and that becomes the SAA job to bring the House into order.
That's not the SAA reporting to the presiding officer, whether it's Pelosi or any other House member.
You really do have cottage cheese for brains.

how does this go over your head?
wow you are a cultistNo, you raging idiot.the SAA takes direction from the presiding officer, whose responsibility it is to call the session into order. When that happens, they give direction to the SAA to take care of the matter.
That's the presiding officer giving direction to the SAA, it's not the SAA reporting to the presiding officer.
