But the question should be was the attack on the Benghazi Consulate a coordinated "terrorist attack" I say it was.

Of course they were "preventable".

Most deaths are "preventable". Like if President George W. Bush never launched an invasion of Iraq based on the lies he told Congress and the American people, 4000 American Military and 100K civilian Iraqis would be enjoying their lives and families.

That's not what this thread is about.

Bush had congressional approval to go to war. And it was a Democratic controlled congress that gave him the authority.
