He made a conscious choice that endangered no one except himself. I applaud his choice...I see people every day in the markets making the same choice...they are not buying into the mass hysteria. Perhaps he also heard that the masks are less than 2 percent effective against contagion with one caveat....if a person is sneezing or coughing then they should definitely cover up. Otherwise it's just a lemming cloth IMO. I wear one to avoid the appearance of being rude to others why Pence chose not to I cannot say. In his position I would have put one on but I don't for one minute think that he did it unknowingly...he knew exactly what he was doing.
